Bundi Insights ("Bundi", "we", "us", or "our") is a technology company incorporated in Kenya. We operate the Bundi AI business assistant platform, accessible via WhatsApp. Our registered address is Nairobi, Kenya.

When you join our waitlist or use our platform, we may collect:

• Your name and email address (from waitlist sign-up)
• Your WhatsApp phone number (when you activate Bundi)
• Business transaction data you send to Bundi via WhatsApp (sales, expenses, debts)
• Usage metadata (message timestamps, feature usage)

We do not collect payment card details, national ID numbers, or sensitive personal data.

We use your data solely to:

• Provide and improve the Bundi platform
• Send you service updates and onboarding communications
• Generate business insights and reports within your account
• Comply with legal obligations

We will never sell your data to third parties or use it for advertising profiling.

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure. We implement industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised Bundi staff on a need-to-know basis.

Business transaction data you share via WhatsApp is processed and stored in our secure database. You retain full ownership of this data at all times.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you request account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
