By accessing or using the Bundi platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

These terms apply to all users of Bundi, including waitlist members, beta users, and paying subscribers.

Bundi is an AI-powered business management assistant accessible via WhatsApp. The Service enables small business owners to log sales, track debts, manage expenses, and receive business insights through conversational AI.

Bundi is currently in development. Features available during beta may differ from the final product. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. By using Bundi, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when registering or using the Service
• Use the Service only for lawful business purposes
• Keep your account credentials secure and not share access with unauthorised parties
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or exploit the Service or its underlying systems
• Not use the Service to process data belonging to third parties without their consent

You retain full ownership of all business data you input into Bundi. We act as a data processor on your behalf. We do not claim any ownership rights over your business data.

By using the Service, you grant Bundi Insights a limited licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

All intellectual property rights in the Bundi platform, including software, design, trademarks, and content, are owned by Bundi Insights or its licensors. Nothing in these terms grants you any rights in our intellectual property.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Bundi Insights does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that business insights generated will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.

Business decisions should not be made solely on the basis of AI-generated insights from Bundi. Always verify important financial information independently.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bundi Insights shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion. You may stop using the Service at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
